Fix Steelcase Leap V2 Chair Loose 4 Way Adjustable Arms

1) Take a look underneath the arm pad you will see several regular screws.
2) Remove those screws and lift the arm pad.
3) Look at the top of the exposed arm. You will see a screw going into the arm.
4) Tighten that screw.
5) Tighten all other available bolts if necessary.
