Came looking new, with high quality construction. Very quiet and comfortable chair. The arm attachments were nice and supportive. My only complaint with this chair was the height of the stool. Even at it’s lowest setting, only my toes could touch the floor (I’m 5’10”). May not be a problem for others, and there are definite pros to using a stool with a standing desk, but I think I need a standard version.
Despite the 4-star review on the chair, I give 5-stars for the company. Great customer service!
