Ordering this was a bit of a risk but after using it for about a month on my Haworth Zody I have to say that it works pretty well. You’d have to be prepared to drill two small holes into the backrest (there’s a video of this process at https://officechairatwork.com/2018/07/04/installing-a-steelcase-leap-headrest/) and the bracket doesn’t look like a very good fit, but it is in fact quite sturdy once the screws are in and it’s reasonably comfortable.
